Each product is lovingly handcrafted and made to order, based on your specific selections. As such, we aim to be as clear and fair as possible about our returns process.


1. Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, these items are non-refundable and not eligible for return if you change your mind.


This includes:


Products built to specific sizes


Items with personalised features (materials, finishes, doors, layouts, etc.)


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation.


3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided work has not already started. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as materials may have been purchased or work may be underway.

Please ensure all product choices (size, finish, design) are correct at the time of ordering. We're happy to answer any questions before you order to ensure the product meets your needs.
